Online Quran Academy: Qalbian Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: May 2026 | By Qalbian Editorial Team
Executive Summary
Before enrolling in our Online Quran Academy, please review our core policies designed to ensure a fair, respectful, and productive learning environment. We offer a 3-day free trial, transparent advance payments (with multi-month options), strict privacy safeguards, and dedicated native and non-native teachers. These terms protect our mutual commitment to high-quality Islamic education worldwide.
Why Are Transparent Policies Important?
In our experience working within diverse communities across the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, UAE, and Europe, establishing clear expectations is the foundation of successful online education. By detailing our mutual commitments, we ensure that every family receives consistent, high-quality, 1-on-1 Quranic instruction.
Fee Purpose Clarification: Please note that Qalbian does not charge money for teaching the Quran itself. As Muslims, teaching the Quran is our responsibility and honor. The fee you pay is exclusively for the teacher’s time, scheduling, management, and class commitment. In return, our teachers are committed to teaching students sincerely, respectfully, and with full dedication to provide a comfortable Islamic learning environment.
Welcome to Qalbian, your trusted Online Quran Academy for Kids & Adults. By using our services, you agree to abide by these straightforward policies.
How Does the Free Trial Work?
Every student is entitled to explore our methodology risk-free. We believe parents should have the opportunity to evaluate a teacher’s approach before committing financially.
- 3 Free Classes: Every new student receives three completely free trial classes.
- No Upfront Details: No payment or credit card information is required to begin the trial.
- Evaluation Period: The trial allows parents to assess the teacher’s methodology, internet stability, and compatibility with the student.
- No Pressure Commitment: A decision to continue with a paid plan is required only after the 3rd trial class concludes.
What Are the Fee Structures and Payment Rules?
Our internal analysis reveals that transparent pricing prevents disruptions in learning. All fees are handled honestly and responsibly to ensure the best learning experience for every student.
| Policy Area | Rule & Description |
|---|---|
| Advance Fee Policy | Monthly fees must be paid in advance before classes begin. Parents may also pay fees for multiple months in advance if they prefer. |
| Native Teacher Classes | Native Arabic teachers are available upon request. These classes include a 25%–30% additional charge. Please contact the admin on WhatsApp for native teacher classes or related queries. |
| Discount Policy | A 10% family discount is available for families enrolling multiple students from the same household. |
| Transparency & Cancellation | There are absolutely no registration fees or hidden charges. You may cancel your subscription at any time by giving a 7-day notice via WhatsApp or Email. |
Attendance, Missed Classes & Conduct
To facilitate a smooth learning experience, families must ensure basic technical readiness via modern platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet.
- Class Timings & Punctuality: Students are requested to attend classes on time. Repeated late attendance may affect class quality and lesson completion. If a student is late, the class will still end at its scheduled time.
- Attendance & Missed Classes: When a student is enrolled and fees are paid, the teacher reserves dedicated class time for that student. If a student misses classes without prior notice, the teacher is not responsible for the missed time because their schedule was already reserved. However, missed classes may be covered with extra days/classes based on availability and scheduling.
- Respectful Learning Environment: Students and parents are expected to maintain respectful behavior with teachers and academy staff. Repeated inappropriate behavior may result in class suspension.
Holidays, Leave & Schedule Adjustments
Leave & Schedule Adjustment: If parents inform the academy at least 1 month earlier about vacations or planned breaks, classes can be rescheduled without additional charges. Proper advance notice helps us manage teacher schedules effectively.
Our academy also observes specific weekly and annual holidays based on the Islamic calendar. Classes remain suspended during these periods without a fee reduction:
- Weekly Holidays: Saturday and Sunday are standard holidays (unless enrolled in the “Weekend 2 Days” plan).
- Eid ul Fitr: 1st to 3rd Shawwal (3 Days).
- Ashura: 9th and 10th Muharram.
- Eid Milad un Nabi: 12th Rabi ul Awal.
- Shab-e-Baraat & Laylatul Qadr: 15th Sha’ban and 27th Ramadan.
- Eid ul Adha & Independence: 9th to 12th Zul-Hijjah, and August 14th (Pakistan Independence Day).
Privacy, Safety, and Certification
Student safety is our highest priority. All personal information is kept 100% private and never shared with third parties. All 1-on-1 sessions are monitored for quality control and safety. We offer both male and female tutors, and parents are encouraged to specify their preference at enrollment.
Upon successful completion of any major course (such as Basic Qaida, Hifz, or Tajweed), an official Qalbian digital certificate will be issued, recognizing the student’s hard work.
Communication & Support
Parents are requested to stay in contact with the academy administration for attendance, schedule changes, or any concerns. Official communication will be handled exclusively through WhatsApp or our official support channels.
