Every student is entitled to explore our methodology risk-free. We believe parents should have the opportunity to evaluate a teacher’s approach before committing financially.

• 3 Free Classes: Every new student receives three completely free trial classes.
• No Upfront Details: No payment or credit card information is required to begin the trial.
• Evaluation Period: The trial allows parents to assess the teacher’s methodology, internet stability, and compatibility with the student.
• No Pressure Commitment: A decision to continue with a paid plan is required only after the 3rd trial class concludes.

What Are the Fee Structures and Payment Rules?

1. Weekly Holidays: Saturday and Sunday are standard holidays. Families requiring weekend classes must specifically enroll in the “Weekend 2 Days” plan.
2. Eid ul Fitr: 1st to 3rd Shawwal (3 Days).
3. Ashura: 9th and 10th Muharram.
4. Eid Milad un Nabi: 12th Rabi ul Awal.
5. Shab-e-Baraat & Laylatul Qadr: 15th Sha’ban and 27th Ramadan.
6. Eid ul Adha & Independence: 9th to 12th Zul-Hijjah, and August 14th (Pakistan Independence Day).

What Are the Technical Requirements for Online Classes?

To facilitate a smooth learning experience, families must ensure basic technical readiness. Classes are conducted via modern video conferencing platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet. Parents must ensure the student has the necessary software installed prior to the trial.

Punctuality & Absences: Students should be ready 5 minutes before class. If a student is late, the class will still end at its scheduled time. Furthermore, if a student misses a class without 24-hour prior notice, no make-up class will be provided. Qalbian is not responsible for classes missed due to student-side technical or internet issues.

How Do We Handle Privacy, Safety, and Certification?

At Qalbian, student safety is our highest priority. All personal information (names, phone numbers, emails) is kept 100% private and never shared with third parties. Furthermore, all 1-on-1 sessions are monitored for quality control and safety. We offer both male and female tutors, and parents are encouraged to specify their preference at enrollment.

Upon successful completion of any major course (such as Basic Qaida, Hifz, or Tajweed), an official Qalbian digital certificate will be issued, recognizing the student’s hard work and dedication.
